The following terms of Agreement will be reported on our contract :
It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add
or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties involved. If the parties want
to waive one provision of this agreement that does not mean that any other provision is also
waived. The party against whom a waiver is sought to be e ective must have signed a waiver in
writing.
RESERVATION:
A signed contract and the 400 euros deposit (retainer fee) are required in order to reserve the speci ed
coverage.
SECURITY DEPOSITS:
In the event of cancellation, the security deposit paid is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated damages to
Kostas Kastanakis | Freefeelings in the event of a breach of contract by the customer.
The customer shall also be responsible for payment of any Kostas Kastanakis | Freefeelings material or
charges incurred up to the time of cancellation.
METHOD OF CANCELLATION:
In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled wedding, Kostas Kastanakis | Freefeelings requires noti cation by
e-mail, prior to the original wedding date.
COMPLETION SCHEDULE:
Editing and USB/BLURAY creation takes up to four months. If completion will take longer for any reason,
Kostas Kastanakis | Freefeelings will notify the client as soon as possible.
